1 General Terms

Super Baazi (superbaazi.im) is a legally licensed and operated online gaming platform. By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Super Baazi reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated on the website.

This platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Super Baazi makes no guarantee that playing will result in winnings. Gaming carries inherent risk and financial loss is possible.

2 Account Registration

Registration on Super Baazi is completely free. However, you must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• Preferred payment method details

Each individual may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same IP address, device, or payment method, all associated accounts will be subject to investigation.

3 Age Verification

Super Baazi strictly enforces an 18+ policy. In line with Bangladesh law and as part of our responsible gaming commitment, we verify the age of every user.

The date of birth provided at registration will be verified. If there is any doubt, additional identification may be requested — such as a national ID, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposit Rules

To deposit on Super Baazi, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and any such deposits may be returned.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be fully verified before any winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawals will not be approved if there are active bonus wagering requirements that have not been met.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• Processing time: 1–24 hours (3–5 business days for bank transfers)
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the original deposit method
• Super Baazi charges no withdrawal fees

Super Baazi reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal request pending investigation. If an irregularity is confirmed, the account will be suspended and appropriate action will be taken.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Super Baazi offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus comes with specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses generally require a specific wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal (typically 10–30x the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become eligible for withdrawal once the wagering requirements have been completed.
• Bonus claims are typically valid for 7–30 days — any unclaimed bonus will expire after this period.
• A bonus offer may not be used more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended.

Super Baazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means will be void and the account will be closed.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on Super Baazi are operated by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), making every result completely fair and independent.

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be considered void.
• If your internet connection is lost, your game state will be saved on the server.
• Any issues during a game session must be reported to support within 24 hours.
• Gaming limits and bet sizes are set individually for each game.

RTP (Return to Player) information for all games is available on the respective game provider's website. Super Baazi does not modify the RTP of any game.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Creating an account using a false or incorrect identity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Exploiting bonus systems or using coordinated betting strategies to abuse bonuses
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
• Collusion or conspiracy with other players
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Harassing or insulting other users

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Super Baazi reserves the right to close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to Verify Identity
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

To close your account, email the support team with your request. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw before closure. If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Super Baazi treats users' personal data with the utmost care. Information collected at registration is used solely for account management and age verification.
